MLOps Engineer

at Kaspi Office-based work only in Almaty city.

You will: Develop and support ML infrastructure (Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, GitLab CI, Git, Kubeflow, Prometheus, Grafana Airflow S3 / MinIO HelmPyTorch / TensorFlow Fine-tuning — LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT Distillation RAG, Hugging Face Quantization, ONNX, TensorRT) Automate and optimize CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models (Gitlab, Airflow, Kubeflow). Integrate LLM and other models into the production environment. Monitor performance and resources (GPU, S3, cluster systems). Work with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) in a high-load environment. Participate in debugging and optimizing models, deployment, diagnostics, and incident resolution. There is also an opportunity to influence architectural decisions: B200/H200 GPU clusters, capacity planning, resource optimization.

We expect from you: Work experience from 2-3 years+ Experience in the role of MLOps/ ML / DevOps.
