🧳 BackOffice Specialist - Customer Service & KYC**

I'm looking for a dedicated **BackOffice Specialist - Customer Service & KYC **to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will:

review and process KYC documents while maintaining strict adherence to AML policies. you will manage verification queues primarily within KYCAID and handle basic written client communication for missing documents.

🧳 Prior hands-on experience in KYC or document verification is mandatory to ensure fast and accurate processing.

🧳 A solid understanding of compliance requirements and a B2 level of English are essential for success. The position requires a full-time commitment of 5 days a week, working within European time zones.

Over time, you will also have the opportunity to analyze fraud patterns and contribute to AML monitoring.

🌍🌎🌏 **100% Remote, while EU candidates are prioritized for this role **🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺
