At ChillBase, we are working on the unique Social RolePlay game OneState and are currently looking for a LiveOps Manager to join our LiveOps team.

Expectations
What you'll be doing:
- Be responsible for growing revenue and engagement KPIs through in-game events, offers, promotions, and LiveOps initiatives
- Plan, maintain, and operate the LiveOps calendar, including events, offers, promotions, and regional activities
- Closely collaborate with Game Design, Product, Analytics, Publishing, Development, Art, and Localization teams
- Analyze player behavior, event results, offer effectiveness, and monetization funnels to identify new growth opportunities
- Develop and test monetization hypotheses, as well as evaluate post-launch results
- Participate in the planning and execution of major in-game events, updates, and releases
- Support publishing and regional initiatives from a LiveOps and monetization perspective
- Contribute to the long-term development of LiveOps, monetization, and player engagement systems for One State
- Participate in incident handling (errors, bugs, compensations) within existing processes and guidelines
What we're looking for:
- Understanding of Free-to-Play game principles
- Basic understanding of in-game monetization (offers, promotions, store, events)
- Basic knowledge of product metrics (ARPU, ARPPU, MAU/DAU, conversion rates)
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Analytical thinking: ability to work with data and identify patterns
- Attention to detail and accuracy when working with settings
- Ability to work with processes, templates, and deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask
- Interest in game development and gaming experience (preferably F2P / MMO)
