Your responsibilities:
- Consulting clients on buying, selling, and exchanging real estate (residential, commercial, suburban)
- Conducting negotiations and property presentations
- Organizing and supporting transactions at all stages
- Maintaining a client and property database in CRM
- Analyzing the market and selecting optimal solutions for clients
- Interacting with banks and legal partners on mortgage and document processing
- Participating in team training and master classes

- Willingness to learn and develop in the real estate field
- Communication skills, ability to connect with different people
- Responsibility and attention to detail
- Confident PC skills and desire to master modern tools (CRM, online viewings)
- Fluent oral and written communication
