TA Enablement, Talent Research, and Senior Sourcing Contractor

At Manychat, we’re looking for a contractor to join us for 6 months as maternity cover, working across TA enablement, talent research, and senior sourcing. It’s a mix of building better ways of working, making sense of talent markets, and finding great people. If you enjoy connecting those dots, I’d love to meet you 🔥

Here’s what you’d be working on:

→ Make work easier for the TA team (~40%) Partner with me on process automation, tooling, team operations, and AI adoption. You enjoy spotting something unnecessarily manual and figuring out how to improve it. Experience with Ashby and building self-service solutions for TA teams would be a big plus.

→ Turn research into something we can build on (~40%) Map competitors and target companies, explore their benefits, locations, and org structures, and organize that knowledge so both our team and future AI agents can use it.

→ Find talent for our most critical roles (~20%) Help source senior and executive talent across the EU, US, and UK, bringing curiosity and thoughtful research to every search.

I’d love to work with someone who enjoys both building and doing: someone who brings ideas, asks good questions, and takes ownership of turning them into something useful.

📍 Ideally, you’re based in Barcelona, but we’re also open to remote candidates working in European time zones. 📅 6-month contract, maternity cover.
