What You'll Need

• Experience in Data-as-a-Product: Demonstrated experience coming from companies where data is explicitly considered a product. Demonstrated ability to connect data and ML investments to business outcomes, including revenue growth, cost efficiency, unit economics, and strategic differentiation.
• Scalability and System Thinking: Demonstrated ability to design data products and infrastructure that scale horizontally across the entire organization, moving beyond single-use-case solutions to enable systemic impact.
• Experimentation experience: Deep expertise in A/B testing and experimentation best practices in a large scale organization.
• Technical Depth & Impact: Comfortable going deep into architecture, understanding complex data/ML infrastructure, and translating that technical expertise into tangible business value and product outcomes.
• ML & LLM Expertise: Strong practical experience or deep understanding of the application of Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLM) in product development.
• Leadership & Management: Proven success in managing and scaling highly technical and data driven product teams, mentoring leaders, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Product Acumen: A strong product mindset, able to define the "why" and "what" for complex data capabilities and align them with overall company goals.
• Exceptional Communication: The ability to communicate complex data concepts and strategic visions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Stakeholder management & influence: Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data, and Applied AI.
