This is Lara from Factorial and I am looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Product Growth team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of driving business growth from X to Y, a passion for PLG experiences and an AI-first mindset.
The role is a unique opportunity in one of the fastest growing SaaS in Europe, offering one of the few genuine Product Led Growth (PLG) roles in the B2B space. The Product Growth team owns the entire customer journey within the product: acquisition, self-serve, activation, expansion and retention.
Within that scope, you will be accountable for how users experience Factorial from the very first moment: trial experience, activation, early onboarding, and the signals that enable self-serve expansion later on.
This position is suited for a person with a business mindset, product-sense and the ambition to rethink how software is built in an AI-native world. What will you get in return?
You will join forces with me, Lara, on the PM-side, and Pablo, Amalia, Chloé, Rubén on the tech side. Finally, Pedro and David will be your design partners in crime.
Lastly, you can expect to work with peers from the Sales and CX, Finance, Marketing and Product teams on a daily basis. Due to the scope this team owns, you'll have many stakeholders to collaborate with. Therefore, you have to be excellent at communication, creating strong relationships and project coordination.

This role compensation can vary can vary depending on your skills, experience and proven impact. It’s fair to say that the range we’re offering is within 60.000€ to 80.000€. In addition, you’ll get a generous ESOP package and benefits.
