Employment: full-time Work format: hybrid, Warsaw (2 days office, 3 remote) Salary: competitive, discussed individually
We are looking for a product manager who will simultaneously add durability to our current subscription business and launch a new consumer product in the privacy & security niche (iOS + Android). The role is hands-on IC-to-lead: you decide what to build and why, based on cohorts and real user behavior, and you bring it to launch yourself. If you are equally confident in unit economics and UX, love taking a product from hypothesis to soft launch, and don't wait for someone to write a brief for you – this post is for you.
What you will be doing: – Own the end-to-end product strategy for two directions: existing portfolio and new privacy & security product – In the first 6 weeks – validate willingness-to-pay and pricing on current products, gather UX for the MVP of the new product, launch it in soft launch in CA/AU, then US/UK – Prioritize the roadmap based on funnels, cohorts, churn curves, LTV/CAC – not by intuition, but by data – Design and interpret experiments around onboarding, pricing, paywalls, retention – Work closely with engineers on scope decisions and with the growth team on user acquisition and monetization mechanics – Connect product decisions with conversion, retention, ARPU, LTV across different horizons – Ensure that engineers, design, growth, marketing, and support move in the same direction
What you need: – 5+ years in product management with proof of independent ownership of a consumer product from strategy to launch and measurable results – Experience with a consumer mobile subscription product where you personally influenced activation, conversion, retention, churn, or LTV – Strong quantitative fluency: funnels, cohorts, churn curves, LTV/CAC models – ability to make a prioritization call independently – Hands-on experimentation mindset – A/B tests around onboarding, pricing, paywalls, retention – Strong consumer UX instincts and comfort in scope discussions with engineers – Experience building or evolving an MVP within real time/resource constraints – Commercial mindset – product decisions in terms of conversion, retention, ARPU, LTV – Ownership, low-ego, high-accountability, strong cross-functional communication – English from B2
Will be a plus: – Experience in consumer privacy, cybersecurity, VPN, password management, or related subscription categories – Experience with App Store / Google Play launches and subscription pricing mechanics (plans, trials, paywalls, packaging) Experience partnering with performance marketing / growth teams transitioning to product-led / owned growth Experience with AI-powered consumer products – with the ability to distinguish genuinely useful AI capabilities from positioning features
