Ryze is an AI marketer for e-commerce. We have a small team and operate at a very high speed. In 4 months, we reached $2 million in revenue and acquired over 2000 clients.

We are looking for someone to help us automate business processes through AI and handle/optimize support. We receive about 100 client requests per day, and they need assistance. 80% of these are already resolved by AI. We are looking for someone who can make this 90%+ and personally handle the remaining 10%.

❇️ Responsibilities: • Build and improve agents: prompts, tools, skills, pipelines, automations • Analyze agent failures and incorporate lessons learned back into code and prompts • Manually handle the last 1% that the agent couldn't resolve: respond to the client, have a call

❇️ Requirements:

• Claude Code — advanced level, this is key. Sub-agents, skills, hooks, MCP — your daily tools • TypeScript / Node.js • Ability to work with production data: logs, databases • Not afraid of operational tasks: emailing clients and having calls are also part of your job • Speed: features are about iterations and cycles, not weeks • Graduated/graduating from ITMO / MIPT / MSU
