We are recruiting specialists for an AI project related to model training and evaluation for our international division.

This role is suitable for experts with a strong scientific or technical background who are interested in applying their knowledge at the intersection of science and AI. The ideal candidate can not only solve complex problems but also structure their thinking by formalizing the solution process.

Client:

An international technology company operating in the field of data preparation and AI model evaluation.

The client specializes in data annotation, model evaluation, and human-in-the-loop processes for training and validating models, including large language models (LLMs).

They help AI teams improve model quality through:

• data labeling and annotation
• creation of expert solutions
• benchmarking and model evaluation
• tasks in RLHF and reasoning evaluation

The company collaborates with international AI teams and focuses on developing infrastructure for training and evaluating generative models.

Responsibilities:

• Solve complex problems in your field
• Formalize solutions as step-by-step reasoning (structured approach)
• Write Python code if necessary (numerical methods, simulations, calculations)
• Verify the correctness of solutions and step logic
• Work with graduate / PhD level tasks
• Participate in the creation of benchmark solutions for training and evaluating AI models
• Document solutions in a structured and understandable manner

Requirements:

• Strong foundation in one or more of the following areas:
  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  • Computer Science
  • Civil Engineering
  • Chemistry
  • Biology
  • Automotive Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Machine Learning
  • Data Science
  • Statistics
  • Financial Mathematics
• Level:
  • MSc / PhD / postgraduate studies / research experience
• Ability to:
  • solve complex problems (both theoretically and practically)
  • structure and explain the solution process
  • write Python code (mandatory)
• Experience with numerical methods, modeling, or algorithms
• English language proficiency: B2+ minimum (spoken and written), willingness to undergo an interview in English

Bonus Points:

• Publications / research experience
• Scientific computing experience (NumPy, SciPy, etc.)
• Participation in competitions or strong math background
• Experience in AI / ML projects
• Teaching or explaining complex topics experience
