System Analyst (Junior)

📍We are looking for a junior system analyst who wants to grow in IT and participate in the creation and development of IT products. We consider candidates with basic knowledge of system analysis, willingness to learn quickly and dive into real business tasks under the guidance of experienced mentors.

This is a great opportunity to start a career in an IT project, gain practical experience working with requirements, business processes, and interaction between business and development.

What you will do: · Gathering and analyzing requirements from internal clients and users. · Describing business processes and functional requirements. · Preparing technical documentation and specifications. · Participating in the design of new features and services. · Setting tasks for the development team. · Participating in the acceptance of implemented functionality. · Interacting with developers, testers, and business clients.

We expect: · Higher education or incomplete higher education (IT, technical fields will be an advantage). · Interest in system analysis and development in IT. · Understanding of the software development life cycle. · Basic SQL knowledge. · Knowledge of UML, BPMN, User Story, Use Case will be an advantage. · Information structuring skills and clear written communication. · Analytical mindset and attention to detail. · Willingness to work from the office in Moscow.
