Responsibilities:
- Develop one of the key areas of the XRM system platform core.
- Form and manage the team's product backlog: prioritization, task detailing, requirements definition.
- Work with OKRs and product strategy: decompose goals, launch initiatives, and track results.
- Research the needs of internal users and stakeholders, analyze feedback and user scenarios.
- Search for and validate product hypotheses, including AI/ML and low-code directions.
- Research the market and competitive solutions in the CRM/XRM/ERP platforms domain.
- Balance business needs, UX, and architectural constraints.
- Participate with the team in sprint planning, acceptance, and feature launches.
- Conduct demos, synchronizations with stakeholders, and manage team expectations.
- Develop product metrics and make data-driven decisions.
We expect:
- Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in platform or complex B2B products.
- Understanding of how CRM / ERP / XRM systems work.
- Experience interacting with multi-module systems and complex business logic.
- Ability to translate platform or infrastructure tasks into clear product value.
- Prioritization and hypothesis management skills.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with low-code/no-code solutions.
- Understanding of AI-assistants, AI-driven UX, or AI automation.
- Technical background and understanding of enterprise system architecture.
- Experience developing internal platform products.
