ITIGRIS - Business IT Solutions Developer
Founded in 2009 with a SaaS solution for the eyewear market, the company has since expanded its industry scope and is now developing FinTech, HRTech, and other projects, remaining a leading software developer for the optics market.
Our flagship product, Optima, is a mature B2B SaaS product that covers the entire workflow of an optical business: appointment booking, medical records, cash register, inventory, workshop, integrations with 1C, EGIZ, Bitrix24. Over 17 years, the product has become the industry standard in its niche. We have a large client base, stable revenue, and several growth directions simultaneously — functionality development, market expansion, and integration partnerships.
We are currently looking for a Product Manager for an "industry standard" level B2B product, ready to drive product initiatives to measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- A significant part of the ERP system runs on an old tech stack — you will need to rethink existing logic and launch large-scale ERP functional blocks.
- Build product analytics from scratch: form a metrics tree, establish collaboration with data analysts, and gather a picture in numbers.
- Rebuild user research. You will study not IT professionals, but owners of 100-store optical chains, accountants, or optometrists and cashiers from small towns — people with very different worldviews and languages.
- Identify growth points in a mature product, launch initiatives, and drive them to measurable impact on feature adoption, usage, and retention.
- Establish systematic work with sales, support, and marketing: extract product insights from customer requests, feedback from the team and market, prioritize hypotheses, and ensure go-to-market for new features.
- Monitor changes in the optics market and Russian regulations, assess their impact on the product, and proactively incorporate necessary changes into the roadmap.
- Formulate and defend the roadmap based on business goals: prioritize initiatives by expected ROI, impact on key product metrics, and strategic importance for the product.
What's important to us
- Experience in product management for mature B2B SaaS systems — ERP, CRM, WMS, or similar, where product development must account for accumulated legacy, complex business logic, customizations, and technical limitations.
- Confirmed cases of influencing business and product metrics: from setting goals and launching initiatives to measurable results.
- Experience in preparing and defending data-driven business cases, as well as aligning priorities with stakeholders.
- Experience in user research with a non-IT audience: retail business owners, accountants, cashiers, sales staff in the regions. The ability to speak their language.
- Experience in organizing the work of a product team: from assigning tasks to business analysts, data analysts, and UX designers to synchronization, quality control, and results.
- Will be a plus, but not required: knowledge of SQL, experience with IT products in retail, proficient use of tools — from Excel to AI.
What we offer
- Full end-to-end product responsibility. You will be the sole product manager: shaping product development strategy, making decisions, being responsible for results, and seeing your ideas transform into tools used daily by thousands of people.
- Direct contact with the founder and real authority to make product decisions.
- An engaged team that knows how to bring product ideas to fruition: designer, analyst, development, support, and sales.
- Formal employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, IT accreditation, voluntary medical insurance, fitness compensation.
- Hybrid work with an "A-class" office near Baltiyskaya metro station; after the probationary period, the option for full remote work.
- Schedule 5/2, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- We are looking for a specialist who lives in St. Petersburg.
