Freelance Youtube Outreach/Brand Deal Manager

Looking for a freelance brand deal manager for my YouTube/Instagram channel covering coastal adventure, spearfishing, wild camping, and catch and cook content.

The role: source and close sponsorship deals with outdoor gear, fishing, and camping/travel brands. This needs to be organic and relationship led — not a numbers game outreach blast. Proper integrations that fit the content, not generic ad reads. This isn't about making money for me it's about having a solid budget to produce the videos and grow the channel.

Structure: 15% commission on deals you close, no retainer. You own outreach, pitching, and negotiation. I keep final approval before anything's signed.

Being upfront. I'm posting this and messaging people directly because I genuinely don't know the best way to find someone good for this, and I'd rather work with an individual than go through an agency.
