▪️ Integra City is an international technology company creating complex solutions for the digitalization of cities and states ▪️ Strategic marketing at the intersection of GovTech, Smart City, and hardware+software solutions — from positioning to tenders ▪️ Remote or in the CIS, Serbia, UAE, Moscow time ±2 hours

Looking for a leader ready to build an international marketing function and personally drive the strategy to pilots, contracts, and revenue. Reporting to the Commercial Director.

What you will do: • Develop and implement Integra City's global marketing strategy • Build the positioning of the company and product portfolio in international markets • Support market entry into new countries in East Africa, Central, South-Central and Southeast Asia, the Middle East, LATAM, and Europe • Prepare presentation, tender, and product materials for government customers, partners, and investors • Support long B2G and B2B sales cycles — from market analysis and pilot to contract conclusion • Develop PR, public affairs, and international communications • Manage the reputation of the company and implemented technology projects • Form and lead an international marketing team • Build a system of analytics, KPIs, and assessment of marketing's impact on the sales funnel and revenue

What is important: • 10+ years in marketing, including leadership of a marketing function or department • Experience in promoting complex technological solutions: hardware+software, IoT, ITS, Smart City, security systems, video analytics • Practical experience in B2G/GovTech and interaction with government customers • Participation in tenders, RFPs/RFQs, preparation of complex proposals • Proven cases of company or product entry into international markets • Experience in supporting deals up to the pilot, contract, and measurable commercial result stage • Fluent business English C1 and above
