What you will be doing:

• Conducting background checks for candidates before an offer.
• Gathering and analyzing information from open sources (OSINT): social media, forums, databases.
• Assessing candidates' reputational risks.
• Identifying hidden connections, conflicts of interest, and affiliations.
• Preparing conclusions and recommendations for candidates (risk assessment).
• Interacting with HR and hiring managers on the results of checks.
• Participating in internal employee checks when necessary.
• Verifying partners and contractors (upon request).
• Maintaining documentation and a database of checks.
• Monitoring personnel-related risks (insider threats, leaks, violations).

Who we are looking for:

• 1–2 years of experience in one of the following areas: Corporate Security / Security Service - OSINT / Due Diligence - Risk / Compliance.
• Practical experience in conducting candidate background checks.
• Skills in working with OSINT tools and open sources.
• Ability to analyze information and identify risks.
• Experience working with international markets (mandatory).
• English language proficiency from B2+.
• Experience in high-risk industries.
• Will be a plus: understanding of reputational and corporate risks.
