We are looking for a Tech Recruiter for a 3-month project contract in a fully remote format to strengthen hiring for engineering teams. The main focus will be on backend and frontend engineer positions, as well as Data/ML and analytics specialists. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle — from taking a request from a hiring manager to the candidate's start date Actively search for and attract candidates through direct sourcing Conduct initial screenings, assess technical and motivational fit Support candidates at all stages of the funnel, coordinate interviews, and collect feedback Maintain pipeline quality and report on key metrics Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process Requirements 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting Strong skills in direct sourcing and working with passive candidates Understanding of the technology stack and ability to speak the same language as engineers Experience with ATS and a systematic approach to funnel management Independence and readiness to deliver results from the first weeks — the contract format implies quick onboarding Bonus points Experience hiring in an international distributed environment English language proficiency sufficient for communicating with international candidates.
