Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Product UI/UX Director who will shape and develop UI/UX for new and existing game projects. In this role, you will be responsible for UI/UX quality, make strategic decisions, and identify growth points through improving the user interface and experience.
What you will be doing:
- Shape and develop UI/UX for new games — from pre-production stage to release
- Be responsible for UI/UX quality in already launched products and new developments
- Determine the strategic direction of UI/UX for live projects in operation
- Identify growth opportunities for existing projects through UI/UX improvements
- Create rapid prototypes for early validation of game concepts
- Develop and maintain UI guides and a scalable design system in Figma
- Apply best practices, methods, and tools of UI/UX design
- Use product analytics to analyze user funnels and improve UI/UX
- Plan and conduct UX research to improve products
- Track UI market trends and competitor solutions
We expect:
- UI/UX or Product Design experience from 3 years
- Portfolio with released mobile F2P games
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to create a clear, convenient, and emotionally engaging interface
- Ability to make UI/UX decisions considering product goals, metrics, and technical constraints
- Metrics-based design approach focused on player value and business results
- Confident proficiency in Figma
- Comfortable work with funnels and UX metrics
- Sincere interest in games.
