IT Ops

With the growth of the team and the number of services used, access management is becoming a separate operational process that requires systematic approach, control, and automation. Our IT Ops will be responsible for this process end-to-end — from issuing and supporting accesses to security and scaling of IT processes.

Who we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in IT Operations / IT Administration / Access Management or a related role. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Experience with Gmail, CMS, CRM, Back Office, Jira, etc., analytical tools, and internal platforms. • Ability to manage access, as well as corporate systems and services. • Ability to work independently with a large number of tasks and priorities. • Communication skills for effective interaction with teams and users. • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.

What you will do

• Organize access onboarding for new employees: Gmail, task trackers, chat, CRM, CMS, Back Office, analytics, and partner platforms. • Manage access lifecycle: issuing, changing, and revoking accesses in accordance with roles. • Consult employees and resolve issues related to accesses and internal systems. • Maintain access management: order, security, and consistency of processes. • Work with CMS and the platform: publish banners, news, and promotional content, monitor the relevance of placements. • Maintain banner placement calendars and control the timely publication, replacement, and removal of banners. • Monitor mirrors, system incidents, and platform disruptions and promptly inform teams. • Improve and automate IT Ops processes, reducing manual work and increasing their efficiency.
