An AI Technical PM to build the most accurate job search and matching engine. So that users see only those vacancies where they have a real chance to get an offer.

Your profile:

— 3+ years in product + experience in Data Science / analytics — ML/LLM — our own: RAG, evals, agents, drift monitoring — Ability to test hypotheses quickly, even with little data and no infrastructure — First reaction to a problem: “let’s do it,” not “need to think” — Experience in HRtech (matching, resumes, funnel) — English C1
