What tasks await you

Creating platform services You will need to participate in creating and scaling the management platform as part of a new company development direction (the project is less than a year old!), and ensure the stability of services when handling large volumes of data and high loads. You will be designing and implementing services that enable interaction with the residential complex infrastructure for millions of residents.

Designing architecture and implementing new features We implement innovative products for which there are no ready-made or simple solutions. Each task begins with a systematic development of the future product, building the architecture and processes around the new functionality. All employees participate in the design.

Developing technology and infrastructure so business can grow even faster and with higher quality A solid infrastructure and codebase are the foundation for fast and reliable growth for us. Developers themselves configure and maintain the lion's share of the infrastructure. At the same time, there is a separate team of SRE specialists :)

We expect you to

• Have confident command of Kotlin or Java (we write in Kotlin, but are ready to help with the transition)
• Have worked with Spring
• Have worked with relational DBMS (e.g., MySQL or PostgreSQL)
• Know how to work with Git or other VCS
• Want to implement technically sound solutions, not just write code
• Are not afraid of responsibility
• Are ready to interact with managers, designers, colleagues from related teams
• Are ready to independently develop individual components of the ecosystem, be a code owner

Will be a plus

• Have worked with high-load services
• Are ready to work on complex architectural solutions with non-trivial business logic
• Know how to design fault-tolerant services
• Have designed and developed high-load services with large volumes of data
• Have experience with multithreaded programming
• Have set up monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, or their analogs
