Interface Developer for Deploy Platform

Deploy Platform is a platform for deploying and configuring services in the company's internal cloud. Our cloud is one of the largest in Eastern Europe.

We are creating a unified management center for application rollout for tens of thousands of Yandex developers. All of the company's services, such as Search, Taxi, Market, and many others, are released via our platform.

Our team develops interfaces for:

• managing containers and deploying to data centers;
• traffic balancing and configuring network availability;
• creating personal virtual machines;
• managing resource delivery to bare metal hosts;
• working with infrastructure as code.

Our stack:

• React — for interfaces;
• TypeScript — for typing;
• Express — a Node.js framework;
• CSS Modules — for styles;
• Rspack — for building;
• ESLint, Stylelint, and Prettier — for linting;
• Vitest and Playwright — for tests;
• Gravity UI — for the design system.

What tasks await you

Interface Development You will develop the deployment management interfaces for all Yandex services. Together with the designer, product manager, and team, you will define what a user-friendly UI/UX should look like and function like.

Interface Unification You will design cross-cutting solutions for all platform products and interact with related teams. The mission is to make the interfaces uniform so they work as a cohesive application.

Frontend Infrastructure Development We consider Developer Experience (DX) the foundation of effective work. You will improve frontend infrastructure and development tools: optimize builds and linting, integrate AI agents, and implement solutions for observability.

We expect you

• Write maintainable React code with TypeScript
• Know how to write integration, screenshot, unit, and E2E tests
• Have worked with Node.js, know its ecosystem, and can write server-side logic

Will be a plus

• Have configured frontend CI/CD: pipeline rules, working with NPM, release and rollback policies
• Understand configuring and optimizing frontend builds, as well as performance
• Are familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, nginx
• Have a good eye for UI/UX
