HR & L&D Experience: 2–3+ years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or People Partner roles;
Learning Programs: Experience designing and managing employee development, onboarding, performance review, and talent development initiatives;
Process Improvement: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize HR and L&D processes in a fast-paced environment;
Communication: Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills with experience facilitating meetings and training sessions;
HR Technologies: Experience with LMS platforms and HR systems. Knowledge of HR analytics, performance reviews, or project management will be an advantage;
Languages: Intermediate+ English with the ability to communicate in an international environment;
AI & Modern Technologies: Experience using AI-powered tools to automate HR processes, create learning content, and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Employee Development: Organize and coordinate employee assessments, learning programs, and professional development initiatives;
LMS Management: Administer and enhance the SANA LMS platform to support effective learning experiences;
Talent Programs: Develop and improve onboarding, retention, and talent development programs, including Buddy, HiPo, and leadership initiatives;
Process Optimization: Improve and automate HR and L&D processes by implementing new tools and best practices;
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with managers and employees to identify development needs and support business goals;
Continuous Improvement: Leverage AI tools and data-driven insights to enhance learning processes and employee experience.
