In Avito, we are looking for a T&D Partner for Client Service.

What tasks await you:

Build and develop training and development within the client group, including:

• Research client group needs;
• Identify key problems and propose solutions in the area of training and development;
• Update competency matrices;
• Update development recommendations.

Manage training projects and evaluate their effectiveness: select and develop educational solutions to meet business needs, consult with managers, conduct strategic and team sessions. Support the Talent Review and Performance Review cycle, including work with successors:

• Participate in the development of processes for working with talents and successors,
• Conduct info sessions;
• Work with the list of successors;
• Assist in preparing individual development plans.

Requirements:

• Have at least three years of experience in corporate training and development;
• Have experience working with the client group of operational support (contact center, client service, etc.);
• Have at least one and a half years of experience in talent processes: conducted Talent Reviews, used assessment tools, formed a talent pool, and prepared successors for key roles;
• Know the market of educational solution providers;
• Developed educational solutions for managers and employees;
• Researched the needs of the target audience: gathered requests from managers and formed an activity plan, independently identified key problems;
• Use AI in training;
• Build processes, implement solutions and changes.
