We are looking for a Go backend developer to join our team.
What you will do:
- Initial assessment of the scope and complexity of work for new projects;
- Development and support of server-side logic for products (60–70% of working time);
- Architectural design and optimization of current and new solutions;
- Interaction with other departments to align technical solutions with business goals;
- Participation in team development processes: code reviews, knowledge sharing, collaborative task work;
- Analysis of application performance and security;
- Support, documentation, and monitoring of developed software;
- Application of AI agents in the development process to accelerate and automate routine tasks.
What is important to be able to and know:
- English language proficiency B2;
- Backend development experience of 3+ years in Go;
- Understanding of LLM principles: context window, tokenization, temperature, model limitations;
- Experience in writing AI agents: chains of calls, tool use / function calling, agent state management;
- Understanding and application of MCP (Model Context Protocol) for integrating tools and data sources;
- Experience building RAG pipelines: vector databases, embeddings, retrieval strategies, context ranking;
- Applied level prompt engineering;
- Integration of LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, local models) into product code;
- Use of AI agents and assistants in daily development (Claude Code, Cursor, and similar).
Will be a plus:
- Financial-grade API (FAPI), open banking, mTLS, PKI, JWS signatures, idempotency, consent flow;
- Experience in designing public/internal SDKs and libraries;
- Familiarity with data residency and compliance requirements (UAE/GCC).
