What you need to have and be able to do: • 2+ years of experience in motion design for performance marketing (iGaming experience is a must) • Strong portfolio with paid creatives (must-have) • Understanding of key marketing metrics: CTR, VTR, CR, etc. • Advanced proficiency in After Effects • Experience with Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools • Hands-on experience with AI tools for video and image generation

What you need to understand: • Hook-first storytelling (the first 1–3 seconds are critical) • Conversion-driven creatives • Mobile-first design principles • Ability to produce high-volume creatives quickly
