at Telement — building infrastructure for a corporate messenger
Telement is a young tech startup developing a secure corporate messenger based on the Matrix protocol. We need proactive and experienced DevOps engineers to strengthen our team.
What you will do:
- Develop, maintain, and automate infrastructure (CI/CD);
- Manage containers (Docker) and configure virtual machines (QEMU/KVM);
- Optimize and monitor databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB / MySQL);
- Write and maintain scripts in Python and Bash;
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment and testing processes;
- Ensure high availability and fault tolerance of systems;
- Participate in the design and support of scalable solutions.
What we expect from you:
- Experience with Ansible for automation;
- Experience with Docker, container configuration;
- Experience with Kubernetes orchestration;
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD for deployment automation;
- Solid understanding of the GitOps approach;
- Knowledge of QEMU/KVM for virtualization;
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and MariaDB/MySQL;
- Ability to write scripts in Python and Bash;
- English: reading technical documentation and correspondence.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in startups or small product teams;
- Experience with infrastructure in highload environments;
- Proficiency in additional programming languages;
- Experience with networks and VPN (OpenVPN, WireGuard, VLESS).
Conditions:
- Fully remote work, possibility to work from anywhere in the world;

- Salary: from 2200 to 4700 USDT net (we can help with ruble withdrawal if needed);
