We are developing the fund's flagship project — a comprehensive digital platform that is our calling card and official media. This is not just a website, but a large-scale ecosystem of dozens of services (over 45), including a public portal with Central Bank reporting, product sections (employee PPO, PDS, NPS, NPO), and a key monetization tool.
Responsibilities
- Collection, analysis, and formalization of business requirements from customers and related teams;
- Description of functional requirements for new services and enhancements to existing ones (within the PPO, PDS, NPS, NPO products);
- Design of integrations between systems;
- Assignment of tasks to the development team (backend developers, frontend developers) in conjunction with team leads;
- Participation in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other team rituals under the guidance of a project manager;
- Close interaction with testers (manual and automated) and designers to ensure the quality of implementation;
- Updating the knowledge base in Confluence, maintaining specifications and user documentation;
- Implementation control: Participation in functional acceptance, assistance in resolving incidents during the stabilization and production deployment phases.
Requirements
- Experience: from 3 years in a System Analyst position;
- Confident command of the Atlassian stack (Confluence, Jira);
- Skill in designing and describing processes using BPMN notation;
- Creation of UML diagrams, data schemas;
- Development of system interaction contracts, description of JSON structures, API request and response parameters;
- Deep understanding of the customer journey (CJM) both in the web interface and in internal integration systems;
- Knowledge of backend system principles, ability to describe backend-to-backend and frontend-to-backend interactions.
- Experience in drawing wireframes, commenting on them, and creating data flow diagrams and sequence diagrams.
