Seeking a Performance Marketing Lead
Cyprus · remote format · premium real estate.
Antaria Homes is an international company in the premium real estate segment in Cyprus. Average check €500K. We are looking for a strong specialist who will transform performance marketing into a systematic direction with transparent economics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid acquisition management: Meta, Google, Telegram Ads
- Building end-to-end analytics: from click to deal
- Optimizing unit economics: CPL → CPQL → CAC → ROI by channels
- Reducing the cost of a qualified lead
- Scaling the funnel to new markets: EU, UK, Israel, and others
- Launching and testing new combinations and creatives
- A/B tests of landing pages and creatives
- Controlling UTM tagging and attribution
- Building BI dashboards and weekly reporting
- Working in conjunction with the sales department: from lead to deal closing
What's Important:
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Experience with budgets of $30K/month or more
- Fluent in Meta Ads, Google Ads
- Understanding of the funnel and metrics at each stage
- Ability to build analytics and make data-driven decisions
- Fluent Russian and English
Advantageous:
- Experience in real estate, investment products, or the premium segment
- Experience with long sales cycles and high-value deals
- Experience scaling to international markets
- Experience with Telegram Ads, TikTok Ads
Conditions:
- Remote format from any country
- Business trips to Cyprus as needed
- Above-market fixed salary + KPI bonuses
- Direct reporting to the CEO
