Senior Performance Manager Cian

▪️ Cian is the largest online real estate classifieds platform ▪️ Performance channels for the daily rental segment, working with agencies ▪️ Remote or hybrid in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, or Novosibirsk; Russian tax residency required

We are looking for a strong performance specialist for the small daily rental team: to manage agencies, be responsible for meeting performance targets, and launch new channels. There are adequate budgets and freedom of action to achieve results.

Responsibilities:

• Manage core acquisition channels: contextual advertising, mobile app, geo-services, CPA/partnerships, and new performance channels • Be responsible for meeting performance targets for budget, key actions, CPA, and ROMI, and analyze deviations • Oversee feeds, dynamic formats, and product/listing campaigns • Plan and reallocate budget • Launch experiments and tests, evaluate channel incrementality • Assign tasks to agencies and partners, control quality, deadlines, and KPIs • Formulate reporting requirements for analysts and prepare regular insights for the team and management

Requirements:

• Expertise in Yandex.Direct, VK Ads, Google Ads, CPA/affiliate marketing, geo-services, and banking at the technical nuances level of the dashboards • Experience in web and app promotion, mobile attribution, re-engagement/retargeting, OneLink • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, MyTarget, Yandex.Metrica, AppsFlyer • Management of performance budgets and metrics: CPA, CPL, ROMI, CR, LTV, revenue • A/B testing, launching and evaluating new channels, platforms, and mechanics • Experience in assigning tasks to analysts, agencies, and external partners • Experience with feeds and product/listing campaigns will be a plus
