Safety Manager at Drive

Yandex Drive is one of the largest car-sharing services in Russia. Our near-term plans include expanding our geographic reach and growing our user base. Moreover, we aim to create the safest service among car-sharing services worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced safety manager, to whom we can fully entrust processes aimed at the safe and comfortable operation of Drive's vehicles.

What tasks await you

Analysis of business processes and optimization of internal procedures You will minimize reputational, property, and legal risks in the company's operational activities.

Analysis of the effectiveness of vehicle (TS) servicing You will analyze processes for writing off, issuing, and moving inventory and materials (I&M) from the warehouse, identify cases of unjustified write-offs and shortages. It is necessary to control the work of service stations and ensure that the work performed matches the work declared.

Analysis of the effectiveness of tire and other consumable parts usage You will analyze the consumption and service life of tires, batteries, and other vehicle components and assemblies. You will need to identify unjustified write-offs of I&M.

Interaction with government agencies You will need to interact with government agencies, as well as supervise the work of subordinates interacting with government agencies.

Supervision of subordinate employees You will implement metrics for tracking the working hours and results of subordinates.

We expect that you

• Have at least three years of experience in the field of control, audit, safety, or anti-fraud in a transportation or logistics company
• Understand how anti-fraud mechanisms work
• Have participated in the development of anti-fraud mechanisms, launched successful projects in this area
• Have taken part in investigations of economic violations within a company
• Have launched successful projects to optimize business processes aimed at saving costs for maintaining and operating the company's transport
