Amply Music record label is looking for a Scout to join their team. Previous experience in a similar position is not a mandatory requirement, but it will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

— Searching for promising artists on social media, streaming platforms, charts, communities, and at live performances — Evaluating musical material, artistic image, audience, and commercial potential — Analyzing development dynamics, release activity, and growth prospects of artists — Creating candidate profiles with key metrics, contacts, and justification — Conducting initial communication with artists and management — Managing the A&R funnel in CRM from first contact to signing — Accompanying selected candidates together with an A&R expert and legal team

Candidate Requirements:

— Deep interest in modern Russian-language music, familiarity with pop-rock/pop and related genres — Understanding of TikTok, Reels, VK, Telegram, and streaming platforms as sources of artists — Ability to evaluate an artist not only by personal preference but also by numbers, dynamics, audience, and commercial potential — Willingness to conduct cold outreach and build trusting dialogue — Systemic approach: managing the funnel, no lost candidates, meeting deadlines — Proficient speech and understanding of business etiquette

Will be a plus:

— Experience in A&R, music distribution, artist management, or working at a label / media company — Own network of contacts in the industry — Examples of artists you discovered before their rise to fame

Conditions:

— Probationary period — 3 months — Hybrid work format with office visits near «Paveletskaya» metro station
