"Dary Edu" is a charitable foundation that helps elderly and people with limited mobility by providing them with food packages and creating a system of daily support. Our mission is to make the lives of those in difficult situations warmer and more fulfilling, and society more empathetic and involved.

We are looking for a talented Junior SMM Manager to help us talk about the importance of charity, attract new supporters, and inspire people to do good deeds. We are looking for: An initiative-taking and creative Junior SMM Manager who can develop our social media presence, attract an audience, and build trust in new projects. We need a specialist with strong execution skills, but also with strategic thinking – not just to manage content, but also to propose ideas, analyze results, and adapt the strategy.

What you will do:

• Plan and create a content plan.
• Publish content on social media (according to approved templates, but with room for creativity).
• Come up with new sections and formats, test them, and scale successful ones.
• Analyze content effectiveness and make adjustments to the strategy.

What is important:

• Experience in managing social media (1.5–2 years), portfolio with case studies.
• Ability to work with "heartfelt" content – our brand is soft, humane, without hard sales.
• Analytics skills (at least at the level of built-in social media metrics).
• Understanding of working with influencers and partners.
• Experience with advertising labeling will be an advantage.
• Responsibility and independence: you will make decisions within the framework of the strategy.

• Remote work with the possibility of on-site shooting in Moscow once a week. Schedule: 4 hours a day, 5/2 + occasional content posting on Saturday-Sunday.
