Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Monitoring artists' social media and streaming platforms to track account growth trends;
- Monitoring social media trends to develop content recommendations for artists;
- Communicating with contractors to oversee the execution of marketing briefs;
- Collecting statistics on advertising campaigns from contractor reports.
DSP Marketing:
- Communicating with streaming service editorial teams
- Sending requests for pre-saves, video shots, etc.;
- Collecting reports on showcase placements;
- Maintaining spreadsheets with pitching metrics.
SMM:
- Generating creative ideas for the label's social media;
- Gathering information for the label's posts;
- Assisting with posting on the label's social media;
- Assisting with filming and editing vertical videos.
PR:
- Communicating with media editorial teams;
- Working with press releases;
- Assisting with sending pitches about new releases to music channels and publications.
Artist Relations:
- Assisting on film sets, at events, and concerts;
- Creating smart links.
Document Management:
- Assisting with contract processing;
- Working with metadata, rights, and registries.
