The Automated System (AS) for Monitoring and Response Center (MRC) is an intelligent integrated digital platform that collects/processes information about alarming and technological events from various systems and provides a set of tools for operators to handle security incidents.
The main goal of the AS is to reduce damage from realized criminal encroachments and increase the efficiency of management decision-making for incident localization through comprehensive data analysis and information exchange.
Responsibilities
- Development and coordination of system requirements for implementing changes in the automated system
- Interaction with the product owner, developers, testers, and adjacent teams
- Working with the customer and identifying key user problems and needs
- Management and maintenance of project documentation
- Support of development and testing phases
- Development of user documentation
- Participation in functional testing and SIT (System Integration Testing)
- Conducting demonstrations of new functionality to target users
- Troubleshooting problems arising during the industrial operation of the system
Requirements
- Experience in implementing integration projects
- Experience in designing interface prototypes
- API design skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of the software development and support process in terms of various methodologies and approaches (Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in project management systems (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience using BPMN and UML diagrams
- Understanding of json, yaml formats
- Interest in solving complex non-standard tasks and a desire to develop in the field of analysis
- PROACTIVE stance, responsibility for results
- Ability to clearly articulate thoughts orally and in writing
- Understanding of software architecture and AS integration technologies
- At least 2 years of experience as a system analyst
Will be a plus:
- Skills in working with generative AI models; experience in creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage
