Responsibilities: — Full cycle recruitment (technical and non-technical positions) — Build a funnel, source through various channels, conduct interviews — Work with hiring managers: strategy, feedback, offers — Monitor metrics and market trends

Requirements: — Experience as a Senior Recruiter / TA Specialist — English not lower than B2 (written and spoken) — Russian — fluent — Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and with multiple priorities simultaneously — Ability to negotiate, build trust with candidates and hiring managers — Experience with modern sourcing and selection tools — Plus: experience in fintech
