Senior Recruiter

Company: Hit Hunt (client - Fintech company 🚀) Job Title: Senior Recruiter Income Level: open to discussion Location: Remote (outside of Russia and Belarus, preferably Barcelona)

Responsibilities: — Manage the full recruitment cycle (technical and non-technical positions) — Build pipelines, source through various channels, conduct interviews — Collaborate with hiring managers: strategy, feedback, offers — Monitor metrics and market trends

Requirements: — Experience as a Senior Recruiter / TA Specialist — English level B2 or higher (written and spoken) — Russian – fluent — Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously — Ability to negotiate, build trust with candidates and hiring managers — Experience with modern sourcing and selection tools — Bonus: experience in fintech
