Responsibilities:
- managing the release policy for AI agents
- organizing monitoring and improving the performance of AI agents and models in production
- planning tasks for MLOps specialists using the Scrum methodology
- organizing reviews and acceptance procedures
- standardizing the codebase
- providing leadership and developing the team's Hard skills
Requirements:
- completed higher technical education
- at least 3 years of experience in the field
- experience working with ML teams in a Team Lead role
- knowledge of AI agent techniques: RAG, LoRA, Chain of Thoughts
- basic understanding of ML specifics: metrics, types of models, operating schemes (Batch, NRT)
- understanding of the fundamentals of functional architecture
- solid understanding of CI/CD and release pipelines
- experience with production observability: logs, metrics, traces, alerts
- practical experience with production operations and service releases in a regulated environment
- case studies focused on business metrics (NPV, PnL, reduction of operational expenses)
