MLOps Engineer in FinTech

FinTech creates financial services and technologies. We are building an ML platform and tools for working with models in production.

We are looking for an ML Engineer/MLOps Engineer who will help us develop the ML platform and tools for Data Scientists, automate model training and release, ensure their stable operation and monitoring in production—making machine learning processes reliable, convenient, and transparent. Apply if you have programmed in Python for more than 2-3 years.

What tasks await you

Development and support of the ML platform and tools for Data Scientist We have already implemented and continue to develop a large number of machine learning models for our business customers. These include both revenue prediction and scoring models, as well as a financial assistant that helps resolve issues and perform operations without waiting for a support employee's response.

Ensuring stable model operation in runtime Uninterrupted operation of models and their high availability for end users is important to us.

Setting up and developing monitoring Service stability and observability play a key role in the success of any ML product. It is important to monitor not only standard technical indicators but also ML-specific metrics.

Automation of training and deployment pipelines We create efficient processes that ensure fast and reliable operation of models in production.

We expect that you

• Have developed in Python
• Have supported and developed backend services
• Have interacted with monitoring and logging systems
• Have trained models and released them to production
• Understand the lifecycle of ML models

Will be a plus

• Have worked with Docker and Kubernetes
• Have built CI/CD pipelines
• Have worked with tools for managing experiments and models
• Have interacted with systems for processing and storing big data
• Have experience in building an internal ML platform or developing ML tools
