Account Manager (International Trade / Export Operations)

Vacancy: Account Manager (International Trade / Export Operations) The main focus of the position is supporting product shipments, export operations, documentation, and coordinating internal and external process participants. Client: a manufacturing company engaged in the production and sale of nicotine patches. Location: Poland, Warsaw, Ozarow Mazowiecki 05-850 Format: UoP (employment contract), hybrid (part of the week in the office, part remote).

Who we need: there are actually no special experience requirements. If you have an education in accounting, legal, or documentation, if you have already worked a bit where you needed to manage and organize processes, ensure documentation, interact with people and different departments, if you have strong organizational skills, proactivity and common sense, the ability to quickly find solutions to unfamiliar tasks - that's basically what we need. The position is rather entry-level with growth opportunities as the company grows.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining primary sales documentation
• Supporting product shipments
• Interacting with forwarders/logistics specialists regarding product movement and export
• Interacting with customs agents for export clearance
• Maintaining records, generating statistical data
• Optimizing internal processes between departments, ensuring process continuity. Interacting with other departments, establishing necessary processes
• Product stock management
• Working in production management software

Requirements:

• Understanding of the basics of international trade and accompanying documentation
• Proficiency in spoken and written PL & EN
• Ability to quickly and easily grasp business logic and navigate company processes.
• Know and differentiate the concepts (or quickly read up on them before the interview): proforma invoice, advance invoice, final invoice, Credit note, customs declaration, customs warehouse. Know the difference between WDT (intra-community supply) and export.
• Solve quests, deliver results, react quickly, anticipate problems, mitigate risks, work with data with extreme accuracy, ensuring not only the accuracy of data originating from you, but also the accuracy of data coming to you.
• General understanding of the functioning of companies from an accounting and legal point of view is highly desirable, which will allow for better orientation in the work.
