Web-studio Biznetman is looking for a middle-level web designer with 3+ years of commercial experience, including mandatory eCommerce experience. The format is fully remote.
We need a specialist who can independently handle the main volume of design tasks: quickly grasp the project concept, develop it in mockups, offer professional solutions, and work within the overall design system and direction set by the art director.
We are not looking for a junior, but a confident specialist who can take on full responsibility for the interfaces of online stores under the guidance of the art director.
— Design and style interfaces in Figma: from structure and prototypes to final responsive layouts. — Work on eCommerce projects: catalogs, product cards, filters, cart, checkout, personal accounts, and other key online store scenarios. — Develop the visual concept of the project, maintaining a consistent style, logic, and interface quality. — Create and maintain UI Kits, components, styles, element states, and the project's basic design system. — Prepare layouts for handover to development: autolayouts, components, responsive versions, comments, specifications, clear file structure. — Interact with the art director, developers, project manager, and, if necessary, with the client. — Justify your decisions, calmly handle revisions, and suggest improvements if you see a stronger solution. — Help maintain design quality on projects, including during updates and development of existing websites.
— 3+ years of commercial experience as a web designer.
— Portfolio with real online stores, eCommerce experience is mandatory.
— Understanding of eCommerce specifics: conversion, product selection convenience, filtering, product card, checkout, repeat purchases.
— Confident work in Figma: autolayouts, components, variants, styles, libraries, prototyping.
— Good understanding of UX logic, user scenarios, page structure, and interface patterns.
— Ability to design not only beautiful screens but also clear, user-friendly, logical interfaces.
— Confident command of typography, grids, composition, color, visual hierarchy.
— Experience preparing responsive layouts for desktop / tablet / mobile.
— Practical experience using AI tools in the design process.
— Understanding of how the design will be implemented in development: element states, grids, spacing, components, constraints.
— Independence, accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to bring mockups to a working state without constant supervision.
— Ability to listen to the art director and the team, while having your own professional opinion.
— Experience working with design systems and large multi-page projects. — Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development limitations. — Experience designing personal accounts, B2B interfaces, dashboards, service sections. — Experience working with neural networks for generating photos and videos. — Interest in products with AI integration: chat interfaces, smart modules, generative tools, data processing interfaces.

— Has already worked as a web designer on commercial projects and can show results. — Can independently take on a task and bring it to a high-quality mockup. — Does not wait for detailed instructions for each screen but understands the interface logic and user tasks themselves. — Can work within the given concept without breaking the project's style. — Is attentive to detail, accurate in Figma, and understands that the mockup should be convenient not only for the client but also for the developer. — Can calmly discuss revisions, justify decisions, and listen to feedback.
— Portfolio with 3–5 strong online stores. — A brief description of your role in each project: what exactly you did, which screens you were responsible for, whether you worked with UX, responsive design, or design systems. — Salary and employment expectations.
