smak apps is a mobile app product studio. We build iOS/Android apps from scratch and grow them in the entertainment and lifestyle niche.
We are looking for someone to take charge of creative strategy and the production of advertising creatives.
What you will do
- Own creative strategy: what angles, avatars, messages, and formats we test and why.
- Analyze competitors and adjacent niches, extract working mechanics, and adapt them for our products.
- Trend watch: track trends in social media and advertising and quickly integrate them into our creatives.
- Conduct creative R&D: search for new formats, test them, and turn successful ones into repeatable approaches.
- Manage creative production: briefs, priorities, reviews, working with editors.
- Work closely with the UA team and make decisions on creatives together.
- Collaborate with the influence marketer for UGC production.
- Identify opportunities for automation in workflows and implement them.
Who we are looking for
- 2+ years in performance creative: creative producer, creative strategist, or performance marketer.
- Understand how creatives work: elements, angles, iterations. No need to explain this from scratch.
- Ability to conduct creative R&D, not just repeat what already works.
- Read and interpret metrics to draw conclusions.
- Experience briefing and reviewing editors and designers.
- Manage your own direction independently, without micromanagement.
- Use AI in daily work.
- English proficiency from B2.
It would be great if you have
- Worked with mobile apps and subscription monetization.
- Experience with UGC production and TikTok.
- Launched marketing for new products from scratch.
- Built automations and agency pipelines yourself.
