Business Analyst (Middle+/Senior)

📍 Location: Qatar, Doha (relocation) ☀️ Format: Full-time, office-based

Your responsibilities: • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements (User Stories, Use Cases, AC); • Conducting interviews and workshops with stakeholders; • Process modeling (Activity, Sequence diagrams); • Defining functional and non-functional requirements (security, scalability); • Close interaction with Dev, QA, Design, and PM at all stages of the lifecycle.

What we expect from you:

• BA/SA experience of 3+ years;
• Ability to work with requirements under uncertainty;
• Understanding of SDLC (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall);
• English: B2 and above (daily communication, meetings, documentation);
• Ability to ask the right questions and separate "needs" from "wants".

Will be a plus: • Experience with ML / AI projects; • Experience with legacy systems and product companies; • English level C1.
