🌍 Location: Europe, Georgia, Belarus

🕐 Format Full-time | Fully remote | Flexible working hours

🎯** Must-have**

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience in FinTech / InsurTech domains
• Experience working on international projects (US/EU clients)
• English B2+

🛠** Responsibilities**

• Drive full BA lifecycle: elicitation → analysis → specification → validation → delivery support
• Gather and structure business requirements, translate them into clear specs
• Decompose epics into features and user stories with solid acceptance criteria
• Model processes (BPMN, UML)
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development team in Agile environment
