Company: Scalable Solutions Position: Business Analyst Format: full-time 5/2, flexible start of the day Location: Remote (outside of RF/RB)

Scalable Solutions combines best practices in fintech, academic research, and blockchain technology integration into banking systems.

We are currently looking for a business analyst who can transform business and product ideas into clear, well-developed requirements, considering risks, user scenarios, and product development.

Responsibilities:

• Decompose product and business hypotheses into structured business requirements; • Describe user scenarios and User Stories for B2B clients, elaborating not only successful but also alternative and boundary scenarios; • Participate in the formation of product solutions together with the Product Owner and the development team; • Ensure the link between business value, user scenario, and product implementation; • Keep requirements up-to-date as the product evolves; • Collect and clarify requirements from clients, as well as conduct UAT from the "client's perspective" before delivering solutions to the customer.

What we expect:

• Experience with B2B products, preferably in SaaS solutions or platform products, for 3+ years; • Experience in preparing and maintaining product and analytical documentation (BRS, PRD, User Stories, Use Cases); • Ability to model business processes (BPMN, UML, or other notations - with understanding and conscious application); • Skills in identifying and elaborating risks, boundary scenarios, and edge cases; • Developed critical thinking and a systematic approach to problem-solving; • Ability to see the product and processes holistically, considering the impact of solutions on related areas; • Ability to defend proposed solutions with arguments, not just document requirements from stakeholders.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working in a cross-functional team (PM, development, QA, analytics); • Basic understanding of product economics; • Experience participating in discovery phases and conducting refinement sessions; • Experience working with Git.
