Uzum Fintech is the fintech arm of the Uzum ecosystem in Uzbekistan. One of the directions is consumer lending. We have already launched issuing money to cards for large and everyday purchases. But this is just the beginning!

Role Objective

We are looking for a business analyst who will take on two major tasks:

• CJM Optimization — increase conversion to first and repeat product usage, work with the scoring team, remove unnecessary and regulatory steps. Prepare for A/B tests and participate in analyzing their effects.

• New Product Launch — together with the product manager, formalize the product from requirements for designers and process diagrams to the customer journey and production release.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop processes for the onboarding and servicing of the "money to card" product.

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Transform business needs into clear specifications, user stories, and tasks for technical and adjacent teams.

• Work closely with product, development, design, compliance, legal, and marketing teams.

• Support development throughout its entire lifecycle — from research to release.

• Participate in prioritization and planning within the credit department.

• Improve the customer journey and identify growth points for conversion and efficiency; test hypotheses through A/B tests.

• Support and develop existing issuance and servicing processes.

What's important to us

• Experience in credit products — mandatory.

• Middle+ grade. Independently manage a task from problem to technical specification and release, without detailed top-down instructions.

• Product mindset. Focus on metrics, not just process descriptions.

• Regulation. Understand the regulatory framework for credit products and are not afraid to argue with lawyers.

• Documentation. Ability to work with templates, prepare BRD, process diagrams (BPMN) and maintain artifacts in Confluence/Jira.
