Candidate Requirements:
- Sincere love for bar culture combined with the ability to maintain composure and clarity of thought
- Exquisite taste regarding drinks, atmosphere, presentation, musical accompaniment, and the overall energy of the establishment
- High degree of observation and ability to notice subtle details, including lighting, acoustics, hall workflow rhythm, guest behavior, service quality, and overall perception of space
- Ability to describe impressions accessibly and vividly, avoiding dry formulations
- Genuine interest in cocktails and alcoholic beverages
- Broad cultural education
- Skills in creating atmospheric photos and videos reflecting details from the drink serving process to visitor emotions

Responsibilities:
- Visiting partner bars and potential venues for evaluation from a guest's perspective and for the possibility of future cooperation
- Testing drinks, snacks, and bar service with an emphasis on quality, taste, and atmospheric fit
- Assessing the suitability of establishments for evening relaxation, socializing, hosting games, and regular meetings
- Analyzing the comfort of the space, including furniture ergonomics, seating quality, table distance, availability of outlets, cleanliness, and general condition of the premises
- Analyzing the atmosphere of establishments, including music, lighting, noise level, occupancy, service speed, and the mood of visitors and staff
- Exploring new bar locations and forming recommendations for site selection for work
- Evaluating the atmosphere of establishments on a full scale
- Compiling honest, meaningful, and useful reports with specific comments on merits and drawbacks
- Creating vivid photos and videos that convey the atmosphere of visited places
