📌 Main responsibilities: • Lead and develop a team of analysts • Foster an analytical culture within the product • Conduct product research and identify growth opportunities • Work with hypotheses: from formulation to evaluation of results • Analyze user behavior and key metrics • Build and develop dashboards in Power BI • Write and optimize SQL queries (PostgreSQL) • Prepare analytical conclusions and present them to the business • Interact with the product team and stakeholders

📋 Key requirements: • Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL) • Experience with BI tools (Power BI) for 2-3 years • Advanced Excel skills • Experience in product/research analytics • Experience managing an analytics team or readiness for a leadership role • Data visualization and presentation skills • Ability to work with hypotheses and conduct research
