Job Description
KION is an online cinema offering over 150 TV channels, thousands of films, series, cartoons, and documentaries. The platform's flagship direction is original content. Among KION's originals are hits like "Pochka", "Oboyudnoe soglasie", "Pervyy nomer", "Khrustalny", and "Akterishche"; new projects are released on the first day of each month.
The team is responsible for operational analytics and reporting for KION, KION Strok, KION Music, STV, and FixTV products: budget planning, monthly forecasting, LT analytics and activity planning, and controlling reports.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly forecasts for STV, OTT, Music, Strok, FixTV connections
- Preparation of monthly forecasts for subscriber base, ARPU, and revenue for STV, OTT, Music, Strok, FixTV
- Preparation of monthly forecasts for subscription activations for STV, OTT, Music, Strok, FixTV;
- Calculation of financial efficiency of marketing initiatives;
- Processing of AD-HOC requests;
- Formation of regular xls reports: SAC, KION activations by channel, natural indicators, etc.;
- Preparation of regular presentations for quarterly QBRs;
- Development of forecast dashboards.
What we expect
- Higher education – technical/mathematical/IT;
- At least 1 year of experience as an analyst in telecom/marketplace/ecosystem companies (Sber/Yandex/Tinkoff);
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, cohort analysis, LT calculation, retention
- Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, complex functions);
- Ability to analyze large datasets;
- SQL;
- Analytical thinking and ability to systematize information;
- High level of self-organization.
