In Sber, we are looking for a Head of Analytics Team.
The GigaChat analytics team is responsible for ensuring that product and business decisions are data-driven: metrics, experiments, user behavior analytics, data quality, and tools that help teams find answers faster.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 20 people: hiring, 1-1s, motivation, employee development, and mentoring your direct reports
- Setting tasks, operational reviews, planning, and prioritizing team work
- Developing GigaChat's product and business analytics in B2C: metrics, dashboards, regular and ad-hoc analytics
- Designing and analyzing experiments (A/B tests), evaluating the impact of product changes
- Building and supporting self-service analytics and tools that reduce routine work for product and business teams
- Ensuring the quality, availability, and reliability of the data on which decisions are based
- Communicating analytics results to stakeholders and influencing product strategy
Requirements:
- Experience managing a team of analysts of 5+ people for at least 3 years (hiring, goal setting, conflict management, planning, operations)
- AI-native approach to problem-solving: using LLMs and AI tools in daily work — for analysis, routine automation, and team acceleration
- Experience with BI tools and dashboard building (Grafana, Superset, Tableau, Metabase, or similar)
- Experience in designing and analyzing A/B experiments, understanding statistics and product metrics
- Understanding of data infrastructure and pipelines: Airflow, Spark (PySpark), data warehousing
- Experience in establishing analytical processes within a team and self-service approaches
Will be a plus:
- Project management experience and knowledge in the field of project management
- Experience in negotiation and working with stakeholders
- Experience working with LLM products or in the GenAI field
